Our payment gateway will make several attempts to place a hold on the client's credit card for the agreed booking value up to 72 hours prior to the booking date.

In the rare event that we are unable to place a hold on the required funds at by 4pm on the day before the booking, the job will be cancelled in the system. If this happens, we will advise you and the client that the job has been cancelled for this reason.

As part of our commitment to protecting talent, we will always advise you not to attend a shoot or begin work on a job when payment isn't guaranteed.
