Our payment gateway will make several attempts to place a hold on the agreed booking value up to 72 hours prior to your booking date. During this time we may attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.

If we are unable to place a hold on the funds by 4pm on the day before your booking, your job will be cancelled in the system. If this happens, we will advise you and your booked talent that the job has been cancelled for this reason.

In order to protect talent, we will always advise talent not to attend a shoot or begin work on a job when payment isn't guaranteed.
