Our automated payment system will several attempts to escrow the agreed booking value 72 hours prior to your booking date. You will receive an email and SMS alert if your payment fails and we are unable to escrow the funds for your booking.
If we are unable to place a hold on the funds by 4pm on the day before your booking, your job will automatically be cancelled in the system. Talent will be notified automatically that the job has been cancelled due to insufficient funds.
You can update your card any time in your account settings.
